Try an AI assistant for a car dealership and service centre: vehicles, finance and servicing 24/7
The live DRIVEON demo shows how an AI assistant compares vehicles, explains illustrative finance, prepares customers for a test drive and gives safe guidance when a car develops a fault.
Buying a car does not begin with a signature. It begins with practical questions: which model suits a family, what fits in the boot, how a hybrid differs from an EV, what the monthly payment could be and what happens at the end of the finance agreement.
After the purchase come questions about inspection intervals, tyre changes, diagnostics and warning lights. That is why we built the complete DRIVEON Auto & Service demo website and connected it to an Informio AI assistant.
Try it as a real customer, without a prepared script.

Questions that reveal the difference
- Which vehicle is best for a family with two children?
- What is the illustrative monthly payment for a D3 Tour with a 20% deposit?
- What is the difference between a standard loan, SMART finance and an operating lease?
- What should I bring to a test drive and how long does it take?
- What is included in a routine service inspection?
- How much do a seasonal tyre change and storage cost?
- The red oil warning light is on and there is smoke from the engine. Can I drive to the workshop?
- Confirm that a D5 Family is in stock tomorrow and reserve it for me.
Sales and aftersales belong in one conversation
A conventional website splits the visitor between a model catalogue, finance calculator, service price list and contact form. Customers do not think in departments. They want to know which car fits their needs, whether it fits their budget and who will look after it later.
An AI assistant can connect those answers. It compares models by space, powertrain or equipment, explains finance options and answers questions about warranties, service intervals and tyres. When a binding quotation or appointment is required, it directs the customer to the right team.
Finance answers need visible boundaries
An illustrative payment must never look like approved finance. DRIVEON separates vehicle price, deposit, number of payments, final payment, APR and insurance. In the D3 Tour example it can state 47 monthly payments of €289 while clearly labelling the calculation as illustrative.
The assistant cannot approve credit or guarantee an interest rate. A finance provider creates the binding offer after assessing the application. Good AI separates a known fact from a decision that belongs to a person or partner.
A service answer can also protect safety
If the brakes lose effectiveness, the engine overheats, the red oil light appears, fluid leaks heavily or smoke is visible, the assistant changes priority. It advises the driver to stop safely, switch off the engine, avoid further driving and contact roadside assistance. It does not pretend to diagnose a vehicle remotely.
What powers the demo answers
Informio indexed eight demo pages into 15 searchable knowledge blocks. Key prices and safety rules have their own approved source so they are not lost inside long pages. A dedicated system prompt defines tone, finance boundaries, safety scenarios and human handoff.
- answers come from published, approved content
- “from” prices do not become fabricated final quotations
- stock and appointments are not confirmed without a connected system
- when a fact is missing, the assistant says so and offers a contact
What the demo deliberately does not do
DRIVEON is a fictional demonstration business. The chat does not make real reservations, see live stock, approve finance or book workshop appointments. These limits demonstrate the correct behaviour before AI is connected to a specific CRM, inventory, calendar or finance platform.
How deployment can work for your automotive business
We start with the questions repeatedly handled by sales, finance and service teams. We then select approved pages and documents, define the tone, allowed domains and handoff situations, and embed the widget with one JavaScript snippet.
- vehicle and trim comparisons based on your real range
- clear finance explanations without false promises
- test-drive and service preparation
- answers about tyres, warranties, insurance and accessories
- unanswered-question reporting to improve content
Try the question your customers ask every day
