Pricing questions
How is the plan determined?
FREE is active without payment. For GROWTH or SCALE, choose monthly billing or a better-value yearly payment upfront.
What counts as an answer?
A successful assistant answer or one successful confirmed Informio Search AI query, including its optional summary, counts as one response. Autocomplete and text fallback use no responses. Failed or blocked requests do not count as responses.
Do I need my own OpenAI key?
No. Without a custom connection, the assistant automatically uses central Informio AI. You may optionally connect your own OpenAI BYOK account or OpenAI-compatible server; its provider costs are then billed separately.
Can I manage my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel an unpaid proforma invoice and choose another plan. A paid plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
