Operator account
We use your name, email address, and organisation memberships to authenticate you and manage access.
A transparent explanation of how operator, conversation, and push notification data is processed.
We use your name, email address, and organisation memberships to authenticate you and manage access.
The app displays messages and data that the operator is authorised to access.
We use the push token only for notifications enabled by the operator.
This policy applies to the Informio Operator mobile app and its communication with the Informio platform. The app is intended for organisation staff who manage customer conversations and take over chats from an AI assistant.
We process operator account data, primarily your name, email address, and organisation memberships; authentication and access data; conversation content, timestamps, status, and operator assignment; a visitor's name and email address when provided by the visitor; notification preferences, the device identifier used for push messages, and the device platform; and necessary technical and security records such as IP address, user agent, and error events.
We use the data to authenticate users and verify permissions, display and manage conversations, deliver selected push notifications, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and provide user support. Our legal bases primarily include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
The organisation using Informio determines the purpose and content of customer conversations and is generally the controller of visitor data. In that case, PET Digital s. r. o. processes the data as a service provider. Operators can only see organisations and conversations for which they have been granted access.
If an operator enables notifications, we share the device identifier with Expo Push Service and Apple Push Notification Service solely to deliver them. Individual notification types can be disabled in the app or device settings. Logging out removes that device registration from Informio.
Data may be disclosed to authorised members of the relevant organisation, hosting and technical service providers, Expo and Apple for push delivery, the selected AI provider when an AI response is processed, and public authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable legal safeguards.
We retain the account and memberships while an authorised relationship with the organisation exists. An access token remains valid until logout or revocation, and a device registration is retained until logout, removal, or token replacement. Conversations are retained according to organisation settings, contractual terms, and the need to protect legal claims. Technical records are kept only as long as necessary. Once the purpose ends, we delete or anonymise the data unless the law requires longer retention.
We protect communications with encrypted HTTPS connections, access permissions, server-side organisation checks, and secure storage of the login token on the device. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report any suspected incident to the contact email below.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Send your request to info@informio.eu; we may reasonably verify your identity before acting on it. If you are a website visitor and your request concerns a specific conversation, please contact the organisation whose assistant you used first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
